The Celebration Module is used to track and manage birthdays of students and employees, as well as anniversaries and work anniversaries of employees. 

This feature can be accessed through Calendar Configuration.

Permissions

This module contains four permissions:

• List Birthday: Anyone with this permission can list all the birthdays of students and employees.
• List Anniversary: Anyone with this permission can list all employee anniversaries.
• List Work Anniversary: Anyone with this permission can list all work anniversaries of employees.

Module Features

In the Celebration Module, you can:

Employee Birthday: View and manage employee birthdays. You can filter by dates and take printouts or download the list of birthdays.

Anniversary: View and manage employee anniversaries. You can filter by dates and take printouts or download the list of anniversaries.

Work Anniversary: View and manage work anniversaries of employees. You can filter by dates and take printouts or download the list of work anniversaries.

Filter: Allows you to filter by available options.

More Options: Allows you to take a printout or download the list of birthdays, anniversaries, and work anniversaries.

Pagination

• In the bottom right, you can set pagination to adjust the number of records per page.
