Stock Purchase

The Stock Purchase Module is used to maintain records of stock purchases in your institute. 

This feature can be accessed through Inventory Module.

Permissions

This module contains four permissions:

  • List Purchase: Anyone with this permission can list all stock purchases.
  • Create Purchase: Anyone with this permission can create a new stock purchase record.
  • Edit Purchase: Anyone with this permission can edit an existing stock purchase record.
  • Delete Purchase: Anyone with this permission can delete a stock purchase record.

Module Features

In the Stock Purchase module, you can:

  • Add New Purchase: This option opens a form to add new purchase details. Once the details are entered, click the Save button to store the purchase record.
  • Filter: Allows you to filter stock purchases based on available options.
  • Sort By: Sort stock purchases in ascending or descending order by supported columns.
  • More Options: Provides options to print or download the list of stock purchase details.
  • View, Edit & Delete: In every row, you will have options to view, edit, or delete stock purchase records.

Pagination

  • In the bottom right corner, you can set pagination to determine the number of records displayed per page.
  • Navigate between pages using the options in the bottom left.
