The Exam Mark Module allows you to schedule, store, and view marks for various exams, ensuring a streamlined and organized approach to tracking student performance. In this module, you can enter and manage academic or observational exam marks for each student in a batch.

Exam marks can be scheduled by navigating to the left panel of the dashboard to Exam Configuration.

Permission

This module contains four permissions:

• List Exam Mark
  Anyone with this permission can list all the exam marks.
• Store Exam Mark
  Anyone with this permission can store exam marks.
• Store Class Teacher Wise Exam Mark
  Anyone with this permission can store class teacher-wise exam marks.
• Store Subject Teacher Wise Exam Mark
  Anyone with this permission can store subject teacher-wise exam marks.

This module also supports absentee students and allows for comments during the recording of exam marks.

Additionally, it can be used to record observational or co-scholastic parameters, such as work education and health & physical activities, for each exam.

Features

In the top-right corner, you will find the following options:

• Record Observation Parameter
  This will take you to a form where you can record observational parameters for an exam and batch.
• Exam Schedule
  This option allows you to schedule exam dates for a batch.

At the bottom left, you will find options to navigate between pages. The bottom right offers an option to set pagination, allowing you to adjust the number of records displayed per page.
