Fee Group

The Fee Group Module is a collection of fee heads, such as "School Fee." It is defined at the academic session level, meaning you need to define fee groups for each academic session. The fee group name should be unique to every academic session.

Permissions

This module contains four permissions:

  • List Fee Group: Anyone with this permission can list all the fee groups.
  • Create Fee Group: Anyone with this permission can create a fee group.
  • Edit Fee Group: Anyone with this permission can edit a fee group, although editing may not be possible once the fee is allocated.
  • Delete Fee Group: Anyone with this permission can delete a fee group, but it may not be possible to delete a fee group once the fee is allocated.

Module Functions

In the Fee Group Module, you can perform the following actions:

  • Add New Fee Group: This option opens a form to add fee group details.
  • Filter: This option opens a filter panel to filter records based on your needs.
  • Sort By: Allows sorting records in ascending or descending order by supported columns.
  • More Options: Provides options to print or download the list of fee groups.

At the bottom of the page:

  • Pagination: Navigate to the next and previous pages and set the number of records displayed per page.
  • Edit/Delete Fee Group: Each row includes options to edit or delete the fee group.

Creating a Fee Group

To create a fee group, fill in the necessary details in the form. Please note that only one fee group per academic session can contain transport fees. After entering the details, click the "Save" button to store the fee group.
