The Vehicle Module is used to add and manage all your vehicles, keep records of fuel input, logs, service records, and documents easily. 

This feature can be accessed through Transport Configuration.

Permissions

This module contains four permissions:

• List Vehicle: Anyone with this permission can list all vehicles.
• Create Vehicle: Anyone with this permission can create a new vehicle.
• Edit Vehicle: Anyone with this permission can edit vehicle details.
• Delete Vehicle: Anyone with this permission can delete a vehicle.

Module Configuration

To begin working with the Vehicle Module, you need to first configure the fuel types. Go to Configuration -> Module Configuration -> Transport Configuration -> Vehicle Fuel Type. Here, you can create fuel types like "Petrol," "Diesel," "CNG," etc., to track fuel consumption during various periods for your vehicles.

Module Functions

In the Vehicle Module, you can perform the following actions:

• Add New Vehicle: Opens a form to add a new vehicle.
• Filter: Allows you to filter records based on available options.
• Sort By: Allows sorting records in ascending or descending order by supported columns.
• More Options: Provides options to print or download the list of vehicles.

At the bottom of the page:

• Pagination: Navigate to the next and previous pages, and set the number of records displayed per page.
• Edit/Delete Vehicle: Each row includes options to edit or delete vehicle details.

Adding a New Vehicle

To add a new vehicle, you need to enter the desired vehicle details in the provided form. Once all the details are filled in, click the "Save" button to store the vehicle information.
