The Transport Fee Module allows you to define transport fees for each academic session. You can create multiple transport fee records within a session, such as "Transport fee applicable from Sep 1, 2018", "Transport fee applicable from Nov 1, 2018", or "Transport fee applicable from Mar 1, 2019", etc. Each transport fee name should be unique within an academic session.
Permissions
This module contains four permissions:
- List Transport Fee: Anyone with this permission can list all transport fees.
- Create Transport Fee: Anyone with this permission can create a new transport fee.
- Edit Transport Fee: Anyone with this permission can edit a transport fee.
- Delete Transport Fee: Anyone with this permission can delete a transport fee.
Module Functions
In the Transport Fee Module, you can perform the following actions:
- Add New Transport Fee: Opens a form to add a new transport fee.
- Filter: Allows you to filter records based on available options.
- Sort By: Allows sorting records in ascending or descending order by supported columns.
- More Options: Provides options to print or download the list of transport fees.
At the bottom of the page:
- Pagination: Navigate to the next and previous pages, and set the number of records displayed per page.
- Edit/Delete Transport Fee: Each row includes options to edit or delete the transport fee.
Creating a Transport Fee
Before creating a transport fee, you need to define transport circles for the selected academic session. After defining the transport circles, you can proceed to create the transport fee and associate it with the defined transport circles. Once you complete all the details, click the "Save" button to store the transport fee.
