The Exam Schedule Module offers an efficient and advanced process for scheduling student exams. This module allows institutions to seamlessly create, schedule, and manage exams for various batches and terms.
Getting Started with Exam Scheduling
Exams can be scheduled by navigating to Exam -> Exam Schedule from the dashboard. Once an exam is created, you can schedule it date-wise for a batch. After scheduling, exams can be reordered based on exam terms, semesters, or subjects to meet specific requirements.
Permissions
The Exam Schedule module offers four distinct permissions:
- List Exam Schedule: Enables users to view all exam schedules.
- Create Exam Schedule: Allows users to create new exam schedules.
- Edit Exam Schedule: Permits users to modify existing exam schedules.
- Delete Exam Schedule: Grants the ability to delete exam schedules.
Features in the Top-Right Corner
- Schedule Exam: Opens a form to add a new exam schedule, either associated with an exam term or independently.
- Filter: Allows filtering of records using the available options.
- Hide Details: Enables you to hide details of scheduled exams for a cleaner view.
- Sort By: Lets you sort records in ascending or descending order by supported columns.
- More Options: Provides access to the exam section, allows printing, or downloading the list of exam schedules.
Navigation and Pagination
- In the bottom-left corner, you can navigate between pages using Next and Previous options.
- In the bottom-right corner, adjust pagination to set the number of records displayed per page.
Row-Level Actions
For each exam schedule listed, there are options to:
- Print the Admit Card of a batch.
- Edit the exam schedule details.
- Delete the exam schedule.
Creating an Exam Schedule
To create an exam schedule, click on Schedule Exam. A form will open where you can enter the desired details, such as exam dates, times, and batches. Once all details are filled in, click the Save button to store the exam schedule.
