The ID Card Module allows you to create and print student ID cards for a batch or class. 

To begin working with the ID Card module, you need to first go to Academic Configuration. Here, you can create and design ID card templates, and then generate and print ID cards for students in a batch.

Designing ID Card Templates

You can design the ID card templates according to the student details required. To add a background image or signature image of the signatory, click the Edit button.

Features

• Add New ID Card Template: Opens a form to add ID card details for students.
• Sort By: Sort records in ascending or descending order by supported columns.
• More Options: Take a printout of ID cards or download a list of ID cards.

In every row, you will find options to view, edit, and delete the ID card.

Pagination

At the bottom left, you can navigate to the next and previous pages, while on the bottom right, you can set pagination (number of records per page).

Permissions

This module has one permission:

• Generate Student ID Card: Anyone with this permission can generate student ID cards.

To assign or change permissions, visit <your_url>/configuration/permission.

Once you complete all the necessary details for a batch and the ID card template, you can click the Print button to print the ID cards.
