The Stock Items Module is used to maintain and manage records of stock items in your institute, such as individual items within stock categories. 

This feature can be accessed through Inventory Configuration.

Permissions

This module contains four permissions:

• List Stock Item: Anyone with this permission can list all stock items.
• Create Stock Item: Anyone with this permission can create a new stock item.
• Edit Stock Item: Anyone with this permission can edit an existing stock item.
• Delete Stock Item: Anyone with this permission can delete a stock item.

Module Features

In the Stock Items module, you can:

• Add New Stock Item: This option opens a form to add a new stock item. Once the details are entered, click the Save button to store the new item.
• Filter: Allows you to filter stock items based on available options.
• Sort By: Sort the stock items in ascending or descending order by supported columns.
• More Options: Provides options to print or download the list of stock item details.
• Edit & Delete: In every row, you will have options to edit or delete stock item details.

Pagination

• In the bottom right corner, you can set pagination to determine the number of records displayed per page.
• Navigate between pages using the options in the bottom left.
