The Page Module is used to publish various pages on the frontend website and make them visible to the public for your visitors.
This feature can be accessed through Site Configuration.
Permissions
This module contains one permission:
- Configure Frontend: Anyone with this permission can configure the frontend of the website.
Module Setup
To begin working with the Page Feature, you need to first enable the frontend website feature:
- Navigate to Configuration: Go to Configuration -> System Configuration and enable the Site feature. This step ensures that the pages are properly configured and visible on the site.
Frontend Page Management
Once the frontend website feature is enabled, you can start managing your pages:
Page List: The list displays all the pages published on the frontend website.
Top Right Options:
- Add New Page: Opens a form to create a new page.
- Filter: Allows filtering of pages based on available options.
- Sort By: Sort the pages in ascending or descending order based on supported columns.
Page Actions:
- In every row, there are options to view, edit, and delete the page.
Pagination: At the bottom right, you can set the number of records displayed per page.
Page Creation
To add a new page, follow these steps:
Page Form: Fill out the page creation form, entering the necessary details. You can choose options for sliders, blocks, and the latest articles to enhance the page layout.
Page Editor: The page editor allows you to use HTML tags to create an elegant and responsive webpage.
Save: After completing the form, click the Save button to store the page and make it visible on the frontend.
